Draft – pending legal review

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. This is a plain-language draft of the terms for using Juntos.

The service

Juntos is a family organizer that turns forwarded emails, photos and voice notes into calendar events and to-dos. During early access the service is provided free of charge and may change as we improve it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the family members you invite. Accounts for children must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

Acceptable use

Use Juntos only for your own family's organization. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other families' data, or use it for anything unlawful.

Reminders, not financial services

Bill and payment items in Juntos are reminders only. Juntos never moves money, initiates payments, or provides financial advice.

Your data

You own your family's data. You can export or delete it at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Juntos reliable, but the service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Juntos is not liable for indirect damages such as missed events.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; we'll notify you of material changes. Questions? Email hello@juntosfamilyplanner.com.
