Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. This is a plain-language draft of how Juntos handles your family's information.
What we collect
Your name, email address, and the family information you choose to add: events, to-dos, messages you forward, photos of flyers you snap, and voice recordings you make. We also keep basic technical logs needed to run the service.
What we never collect
We never read your email inbox, never access your contacts without permission, never track you across other apps or websites, and never collect advertising identifiers.
Raw messages and photos are deleted after 30 days
Once Juntos has turned a forwarded email, flyer photo or voice note into events and to-dos, the raw original is kept for at most 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Services that process your data
We use a small number of processors: our hosting and database provider (which stores your data securely), the AI provider that organizes your messages into events and to-dos, and your phone's own speech service for voice input. Each processes data only to provide the service.
No ads, no selling data
We do not show ads and we do not sell, rent or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
Children's accounts
Accounts for younger children are created and managed by a parent. Teens may have their own login, with parents controlling what is shared. We never show advertising to children.
Your choices: download or delete
You can download a copy of everything we hold about your family, or delete your account and all its data, at any time from within the app or by emailing us.
Private and parents-only items
Items you mark private are visible only to you — not even to other parents in your family. Parents-only items are hidden from children's views.
